Это не кулинарный трюк, а эффективный и популярный подход к тайм-менеджменту, придуманный Франческо Чирилло в конце 1980-х. Интересный факт: метод получил свое необычное название благодаря таймеру в форме помидора, который использовал Чирилло в университете. Суть в 25-минутных интервалах (они и называются “помидоры”), полностью посвященных задаче, с последующим коротким перерывом. Этот метод не только повышает концентрацию, но и помогает бороться с прокрастинацией, разбивая работу на небольшие, управляемые блоки времени. Как использовать? Просто ставьте таймер на 25 минут (продолжительность одного помидора), фиксируйтесь на задаче, а когда помидор закончится — делайте небольшой перерыв в 5 минут. Что важно для правильной работы в этой технике? 📍подготовить в начале дня список задач; 📍указать их приоритетность; 📍5 минут отдыха действительно нужно посвятить отдыху: пройтись по комнате, потянуться, налить себе чай. Не нужно тратить это время на скроллинг ленты в соцсетях, так вы не отдохнете; 📍выполнив 4 помидора, дайте себе большой перерыв до 30 минут. Mark Zuckerberg: Listen to users, find problems & treat solutions as hypotheses

“When things are working well, you use data and the qualitative feedback you’re getting from listening to how your community is using your product to tell you what problems to go solve. And then you basically use intuition to figure out what the solutions to those problems might be. And then you test those hypotheses by rolling them out and getting more data and feedback.” Mark uses News Feed as an example. “It was a relatively big shift for the product, but it had actually been a couple of years in the making from just watching how people were using the service.” The early Facebook team could see from their data that lots of users were clicking on friends' profiles to see what changed. This helped them realize that their users weren't only interested in looking up their friends' profiles, but they were also interested in monitoring the day-to-day changes. They then rolled out a simple version News Feed to test their hypothesis: “The first version of News Feed was really simple. All it did was it basically took the content that people were posting and put it in order on your homepage.” They used a combination of data and intuition to iterate from there, but this simple insight and experiment led to massive shift in product direction. And it highlights what a good product process looks like: listen to your users to identify problems, and treat your solutions as hypotheses. Meet "Marina Vasilevskaya" - the first Belarusian Woman in Space 🚀

Marina Vasilevskaya dreamed of flying higher than the sky even while working as a Belavia flight attendant. This dream is now achieved. Dreams do come through they say. Her proud father, Vitaly Vasilevsky had nothing but joy to see the dreams of his baby girl become a reality. “We will be looking forward to seeing our daughter again, we will miss her. I am sure that everything will go well. I am trying to support her every way I can. And we are very proud that our daughter was honored to participate in this space flight and represent our Belarus" her father said in an interview. In December 2022, during a competitive selection held in Belarus, Marina was selected among six applicants from more than three thousand women to participate in a space flight under the "Belarusian Woman in Space" project on the Russian Soyuz spacecraft to ISS for a short duration mission. Since July 24 2023, she has been undergoing theoretical and practical training for the flight at the Yuri A. Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia. On the 23rd of March 2024, Marina was part of the Soyuz MS-25 spaceflight launched from Baikonur to the International Space Station. After spending 12 days on the International Space Station, she and cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky will return to Earth aboard the Soyuz MS-24 with NASA astronaut Loral O'Hara. It's very exciting to see that women are encouraged, supported and empowered to try roles believed are for only men. It gives me the believe that my younger sister can someday achieve her dreams of going to space too. Растёт спрос на специалистов в продажах (+16%) и видео продакшене (+39%), чего сложно описать в точных гайдлайнах. Большую выгоду получают спецы по чат-ботам с ИИ — спрос увеличился на 2000% за последние 2 года. Ну и показали резкий рост прочие роли, где можно применять нейросети.
